How will my goods be shipped?

Options are:

For Post in Australia -We offer free shipping on all orders over AUD $50 otherwise a flat Aust Post Express rate of AUD 9.95 in Australia.

For international shipping - Please contact us by email, we are happy to provide you a quote.  Our email address:  pandppompom2@gmail.com

Please Note: P&P POMPOM will not be liable for any damage or loss of items sent via post.

 

How long till I receive my goodies?

We have chosen Express Post as it is the fastest option for customers.

Delivery times may vary due to conditions outside our control. ie depends on season and location.

Returns

We want you to be over the moon with your hand made purchase…

If, however, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of your reciept of the items.

Items should be returned in their original condition and with the tags on. Please do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us. Once received, return items will be processed.

If you would prefer a straight exchange for an item, please email us and we can arrange.

Sold out items?

Items that are sold out will be notated as such on the website. As all items are Artisan creations, we do not carry large quantities. If any item you would like to buy is out of stock, please do not hesitate to email us, we will do our best to get creative to fulfil your order.

We accept  Credit Cards and  PayPal Express via the online portal.
